I've been wondering this for a while, but why is belly dancing associated with steampunk so much? I see it all the time in pictures, bands, etc.

@thelouisfanclub lol I guess you've never seen belly dancers, before? That's the whole point (as I actually do belly dancing as a hobby). The costume was not nearly finished, and looked terrible, but that's what I was going for. Sorry it's not "tasteful" enough for you. :D
