I got a game boy advance (not sp) because a friend gave it to me for free. I really like the games for it. I think the problem with DS games is that they take wii games and try to turn them into DS games, which end up not that great.

Really?! I just bought a GBA with a backlit screen, and at the store, there was an Atari 2600 for $20.00, and an N64DD for 50 bucks!!! CHEAP!!! I live in Canada but I went to the USA to buy it. The store was called Game Craze.

I didn't even know there was an earlier dimmer version, I guess I lucked out :o I love my silver SP, it still has that sturdy 'bunker buster' feel the earlier Gameboy had, at least compared to my DS. Isn't to say my DS isn't sturdy for what it is, it's just not as sturdy as old Gameboys or Nokia phones.
