I used to have this for the Sega Megadrive a good 15-16 years back.

Snes version > Arcade.
Double jumping
Better Music and Graphics
Sardius > Loki
No annoying Discus throwing noises!
Shitty music for the cavern...
Although I must say the arcade rising tower level = ownage
