Thanks for your comment, Jeff. I respect your point of view. In any event, the number of views suggest that there is only a relative handful of us who still strive to honor the work of story tellers who lived long ago and far away.
Is there another film that you might recommend for Tokihiko Okada that is available on YouTube?

@kingacres0 No way! The real star isn't the narrator (or benshi), but rather Japanese silent screen legend Tokihiko Okada — the actor playing Kinya the carriage driver / prosecutor. He's the main reason to watch this movie.

The real star of this play is the narrator. While knowing no Japanese it was absorbing to listen to her voice give life to all the players, to their gender, maturity and emotions. She is an excellent story presenter.
If the uploader knows her name perhaps he or she can post the narrator here.
The story is about love, loyalty and honesty which, in the end, is bound up with honor - which in this case, would cost the heroine and her lover dearly but would make their tragic tale a legend.
