  • You sure this is from the speak of the devil concert cuz hes doin the exact same songs he did on the diary of a madman tour and there are no songs from speak of the devil on here at all so i think your wrong bout that one

  • @rhodes2385 This is right from the bootleg DVD that has been around for years. Though as another poster said it is from a California show not the Ritz shows in NYC. It was 1982 and in support of the Diary album.

  • Where is this concert from, could it be Memphis Tenn. April of '82?

  • @Broken63Arrow This is from the 2 nights at the Ritz in NYC, same shows as the Speak Of The Devil live album.

  • @Sabbath417 I thought I would make a correction to your answer to Broken63Arrow

This particular show was not recorded at the Ritz in NYC, it was in fact recorded live at Irvine Meadows Amphitheatre in Irvine California in 1982

If you watch the end credits at the end of the video it says it right there \m/

Ozzy did the Randy Rhoads jams live on this tour but when it came down to doing the Live Speak Of The Devil album, he went with the Sabbath material instead.

  • @65GreenMan thx, I'll double check.

  • Just aint the same without randy up there playing some of these songs. Brad isnt a bad guitar player im not taking nothing away from him but NOBODY will ever fill Randys shoes love you randy you were a god brother

  • @RussRayR yea he made a good fill in considering what had happened ya know

  • This was filmed at IRVINE MEADOWS AMPHITHEATER, Irvine California.

  • @ejl1000 I found my 1st and all time favorite Speak of the devil on cassette by the curb without a felt. After a quick fix I was amazed because it was the first time I'd heard anything live, Fkkin R - right. What ever I just wish it was the bloody mouth with the tat and the bat version, that kicked the dog and sold the pups. This is appreciated none the less \_(ツ)_/

  • Gillis rocks..lots of heat for him when he played with Ozzy...i think he was fantastic honestly given the circumstances.

  • :)

  • Damn man, I remember buying this on vinyl back in the day! Someone tell me Brad Gillis ain't one of the most versatile guitarists of all time..

  • @ ejl1000 BTW, I was talking about the LP....
