this is a response to a comment about my previous video. I explain that I do test frequently and yes, I only need about a third of the insulin to cover the carbs than previously on a low carb diet. I am not saying at all this is a cure for diabetes, but it sure helps!!! Eating Raw and lower fat has drastically improved my blood sugars and health.Enjoy!

  • It is much easier for people to post negative comments rather than eating an incredibly healthly diet of tons of fruit and tons of greens and veggies. Rather than safely trying it, the jus continue to eat meat, processed grains and drink coffee to survive.

  • Thank you for posting this. So many uninformed people mistakenly think fruit causes blood sugar issues. Fruit gently raises blood sugar and then quickly goes down as it goes into the blood and cells. Other diabetics have greatly reduced or eliminated their insulin on the 80.10.10 diet.

  • Wondering if you have read up on Natural Hygiene. The principles really resonate with me and my health is much improved. I also do quite a few mono meals through out the week and that really keeps my digestion unburdened. Hope you kick that diabetes to the curb! Sorry you are so afflicted. ~Peace~
