This is my snow corn snake. I have just put her back into her cage after feeding her and she heads right to her hide in the bush.

Most people don't know, but corn snakes need something to climb on as that is what the love to do. IF you have a corn, get them some drift wood or something to climb on. You'll have a healthier and happier snake.

  • since corn snakes are nocturnal should you handle them at night?

  • Doesn't really matter too much. I have a strict 'lights out' policy that when it hits 10pm local time, ghost is back in her cage and the lights are out (besides the very very dim 'moon' light, no activity in the room.

  • wat size tank/ wheere did you get it?

  • The tank is a 20 Gallon-Long, designed specifically for reptiles and snakes. I picked the tank up from Petco (they were having a sale on the tank and it was the same tank my local reptile dealer had on hand for $79 more).
