I agree 100% Everyone has a Different Faith,Not everyone has the same Faith,I have Learned that though we don't have the Same Ideas about what is Right and Wrong about Different things, that all Faiths Have an Ending of Life. That All Faiths have a High Power which everyone in there own way Prays to when Needed.I am an Eclectic Wiccan Also,I have come to Understand where you are comeing From in my own way.I have only Been Practiceing for 2 and half years.Wishing you love and light,Blessed be :D

Bravo! Very well said. I am a solitary eclectic wiccan for some 12 years. They say that getting a bunch of pagans/wiccans/witches to agree with everything is not unlike attempting to herd cats. Thank you.

yes this is true but still there will always be people that believe they should convert us.well thats not such a big issue but when they get hateful and block you only because you question something?i believe we should inform eachother more because many people still dont understand what witchcraft is.but then you need openminded people.im always willing to explain what it is,only some people dwell on the xtian spook stories.bb

@momcalzmesheri ... that you will continue to do so. It may not be comfortable for you to let go of this negativity as it may shield you from things that you are fearful of. Perhaps you are afraid of getting hurt by others, by circumstances, perhaps you are afraid of being disappointed or betrayed. There are as many different reasons as there are many different individuals.
I believe you DO have great compassion and are a healing force. I believe that you have a wound that needs healing.

@adoptedbyapopmachine We all have both positive and negative within us. I personally strive to maintain a balance in my own life. However, if I were feeling as you are ... and I have in my past due to the circumstances I found myself in (I was a royal bitch) ... I would do some 'soul searching' and find out why I felt the way I did in each of the situations where I say horrible things. There is a reason why you feel/say/do these things and until you heal that part of yourself it is my belief ...
I think people get upset with christianity and some other Abrahamic-derived religions because these religions advocate destruction/damnation of anyone that disagrees with them. That's hard to ignore. It is hard not to take offense when a body of people (a very loud and influential body at this time) proclaim your destruction if you disagree with them. You mentioned we must transform and let it go. We have to look at their beliefs as ones that make us stronger in our own individual beliefs.

@MsReneeTarot I understand what you are saying. And it may be difficult to ignore a large group of people who proclaim your destruction but it isn't impossible. For me, I don't care what anyone says about me. They can claim I'm going to Hell - I choose to ignore them and not to believe them. I don't look to anyone to make me stronger in my own beliefs. I look within for that strength and conviction. My beliefs don't rely on anyone else but myself.

You are very right..We have to respect other's beliefs..My whole family are christian orthodox..and basicaly my whole town..and I respect their beliefs and even sometimes follow their logic(love)..And I could not forget that I was raised as a Christian..

@AngelMarirel Exactly. My thought is that whether you still follow the religion it is still a part of you. It helped create the you that you are today.
Much love.
