  • A little bit short on pedal for my taste.

  • respect to the artist's own interpretation, but for my taste it is too hard. i like werner haas' recording of this piece best.

  • I don't see how this could be anything but 100% likes.

  • What a wonderfull surprise! This is really well played! It seems a bit slow at the beginning, but as it goes along we come to the conclusion that everything is just right and very well sorted out and played. And fast enough too...But clean, as clean as one can get for a live performance! Beatifull music making! more from him, please!

  • I love Grigory Sokolov...but I've heard this piece done better by other pianists...but as always this interpretation is completely his own...

  • what a pleasant surprise is this recording: happy, not rushed, articulated, music coming out of the passages, instead of just playing the notes. Smart interpretation, not perfect but with a lot fo sound culture, nice.

  • i frikkin love this piece i love his version just as much as james rhodes!

  • I would do anything well almost, to hear him live in the flesh unfortunately he s cancelled 2 UK concerts beacause of visa problems.Well that s what they say.
