A walk in the Pentland Hills in Edinburgh and Midlothian, Scotland, starting at Dreghorn, climbing Allermuir Hill, skirting Fala Knowe and Castlelaw Hill (the red flag was up - soldiers firing at the ranges), around the east end of Glencorse Reservoir, up Turnhouse Hill, over Carnethy Hill, down to the Lover's Loup by The Howe at Loganlea, through Green Cleugh to Bavelaw and down to Redford Bridge at Threipmuir Reservoir.

  • @TheGorgielad Thanks C. You'll know some of these views . . . can you believe, no wind!? Well, not much.

See you very soon gorgeous! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx♥

  • its nice...and that tree at 1:38 tells much about the climate and the wind...the music is new to me...but it reminds me on the italian singer Angelo Branduardi...of course its different , but there are similarities, same genre and instrumental...t y 4sharing !

  • @031doolittle Yeah, the tree says it all. I reckon yesterday was the calmest day in the last couple of months; we've been battered by the wind! I can assure you those rocks on the hilltop were arranged yesterday because they wouldn't stand like that on any other day!

  • @031doolittle I'd better check out Angelo . . . ;)

  • @031doolittle Man, he's got hair!

  • @LadyGreyCarolyn Thanks Paola, it was a good, long walk and I've had a long-lie in bed this morning!

  • Really nice stroll in an untouched nature... and the music you chose is the OST of one of my favourite movies! :)
