The 3D 2 side mobius is an equal phase mobius. An equal phase 3D mobius can only occur if the elements are odd numbered. If the phases are odd then any number of elements will preserve the properties of the mobius strip which is itself actually a 3D dual phase mobius.

  • wow......very good work. Is it original? I was thinking about mobius in a high dimension but didn't have th emotivation to go down that road. I'll make one and explore its topology.

  • I've done some work that you will like? your manifold has two surfaces, it is not really a mobius strip....BUT. When you cut it lengthwise by 1/3, you get a 3 flip mobius strip! The loop with 8 twists and a trefoil knot can be reduced to a 3 flip mobius strip. No surprise, the manifold had 3 single flips betweem its poles. Also the knot diagrams has 6 crossings and its lovely that the figure you make has 6 sides. 2N+2=8. WOW......Very good work, you got me interested again. Video reply to follo
