Famous auteur Sam Raimi came to the Washington DC area in the late 1980s to direct this film trailer for my friends Travesty Ltd (www.unfunny.com). This was many years before the film 'Dumb and Dumber' and was essentially the same idea. Raimi was apparently fun to work with, and everyone held him in high regard. Pat 'King' Clark brokered the deal. Then he moved to Pittsburgh. I'm Jeff Krulik, and I approve this message.

Spring of 1987...Evil Dead II had just been released. We provided the studio space for the Hell sequence live action shoot and then created the visual effects for it later. All shot on 35mm film.
