The demonizing of man made CO2 is nonsense, because it is only a tiny part in the atmosphere and man produces only a miniscule quantity of that, believes climate change skeptic journalist Johnny Ball.

  • Well said Johnny Ball!! All this climate change CRAP (and it is CRAP!!) started with Thatcher in the early 80s when she wanted to shut coal mines. A unsubstantiated scientific report was produced that claimed that coal was a `dirty` fuel and this was lept upon by the Thatcher Government to help them justify pit closures.

Since then we have has a series of people who know eff all about science (Al Gore et al) jump on the `Global Warming` bandwaggon to bolster their flagging political careers

  • Johnny Ball is a good man standing up to the climate change scoundrels. Until recently people like him got little or any air time on the BBC and other politicised media channels because of hard line green/liberal political ideology. At last the BBC are now turning the tide and seriously questioning man-made climate change scientists and there groupies. Watch out Sir Paul Nurse of the Royal Society you will be left high and dry!

  • Part 2: All these dangers are caused by human intervention, and it is only through changed attitudes and behavior that they can be overcome. The real enemy then, is humanity itself."

    - Alexander King and Bertrand Schneider, The First Global Revolution (NY: Pantheon Books, 1991), 115

  • Club of Rome, UN Agenda

Part 1: "The common enemy of humanity is man. In searching for a new enemy to unite us, we came up with the idea that pollution, the threat of global warming, water shortages, famine and the like would fit the bill. In their totality and in their interactions these phenomena do constitute a common threat which demands the solidarity of all peoples.

  • Part 2: CO2 is produced during respiration by plants and by animals, fungi and microorganisms that depend either directly or indirectly on plants for food. It is a major component of the carbon cycle. CO2 is generated as a byproduct of the combustion of fossil fuels or the burning of vegetable matter, among other chemical processes. Small amounts of CO2 are emitted from volcanoes and geothermal processes such as hot springs and geysers and by the dissolution of carbonates in crustal rocks.

  • Part 1: Carbon dioxide (CO2) is composed of 2 oxygen atoms covalently bonded to a single carbon atom. It is a gas at standard temperature and pressure and exists in Earth's atmosphere in this state. CO2 is a trace gas comprising 0.039% of the atmosphere. It is used by plants during photosynthesis to make sugars, which may be consumed in respiration or used as the raw material to produce other organic compounds needed for plant growth and development.

  • Chemtrails contain ethylene dibromide (a chemical pesticide, carcinogen and chemical toxin), aluminum (associated with Alzheimer's Disease), barium (a radioactive substance) and strontium (radioactive strontium is linked to bone cancer).

  • The problem is the next generation of scientists will be be the ones who regurgitate the dodgy science currently being taught. If they don't then they won't be successful.

  • Great to see Johnny Ball on TV again

  • @grahamf72 Thank yous for that ☺ (this message never reached my account? I had to come looking) If we are polluting and overfishing the seas and killing marine life this must impact the CO2 cycle just like deforestation, roads and urbanization.
