Mel this video is for you!

Won tons are like Chinese raviolis, it's usually pork and shrimp wrapped with a wrapper (skin) made of flour. You really can put whatever you want in them but traditional won tons are made of pork, shrimp and leeks. You may see them fried or in a soup dish. This is just a video on how to create them, not how to cook them. They take a few minutes to cook in boiling water.

Won tons are really easy to make. In this video I'm actually making enough for two packages of wrappers to store in the freezer, each package of wrappers has about 40-60 "skins" depending on brand.

For EACH package of wrappers you will need (I used double for the amount I'm making):
1/2 pound of shrimp
1/2 pound of ground pork
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of white powder (DO NOT use black pepper)
1/2 teaspoon of oil
1 teaspoon of cornstarch
2-3 sprigs of "Yellow Chives" if you can't find it use leeks or green onions.
