No, I don't consider the pole dance incident as a pole dance. Sure, from the pictures it look like Miley Cyrus is pole dancing but if you watch the video, she's not. She's just standing next to the pole and that's it.

It's just like someone who's cooking a dinner and another guy takes a picture of him holding a bloody kitchen knife making him look like a serial killer.

This is all just a misunderstanding. I'm very sure she didn't mean it that way.
