Original description: Preview of advanced MIDI controller handling coming in Mixxx 1.6.2. Featuring the Stanton SCS.3d "DaScratch" controller. http://www.enterthesystem.com/
Sorry I spoke so fast...I was afraid of running into the 10 minute video limit!
Running on Linux (Debian Lenny) with an Intel Celeron D 2.53GHz CPU, 1GB RAM, and integrated sound. And 2ms latency using the ALSA sound system!

  • What is the song called that starts playing at 1:05 ?

  • @tahnolikessharing You can see it on the screen. It's Dan Winter's remix of Roxette's Fading Like a Flower.

  • god damn it. Show how to connect it. I have it from five days and it works only with fuckin Virtual DJ

  • @happyonetwothreefour Dude, look at my channel page. I have a video showing how to connect and activate the SCS.3 system.

  • Ah the touch would kill me.

  • Hi,I have mixxx and it is a great program, but it won't play hardly any of my songs! Is there a way to either convert the sound file to a different format or change the settings of mixxx so that I can mix with more songs to choose from? Thank you and please reply!

  • AWESOME. I already have mixxx, not i need a DaScratch unit, so I can play my songs live, this is so awesome.... :D

  • i dont think it can, as dj software and the industry in general has been pretty seperated in general from the production industry. if youre looking for more functionality and programmability but still live use, you should try ableton live.

  • oh yeah, huh?

  • um you try hard.
