The Karambit I use for work and self defense is an Emerson Combat Karambit. While researching which Karambit to buy, this kept coming up on the top of my list. Do you recommend impact strikes with this particular model? In addition too what other Karambit models would you recommend?

10 -4 My folder has a bump designed for this very application. It also depend on the design of the karambit. Some won't do well with impact!
