Requirements:
MPEG4 (DivX, Xvid, H.264) format
1280×720 resolution
128k Mono or 320k Stereo MP3/AAC audio
24,25 or 30 frames per second
Up to 1GB file size and 10 min. duration
*Go to Windows Movie Maker
*Make your video
*Go to tools, then options,and make sure 16:9 is chosen for the Aspect Ratio
*Publish your video/movie (make sure the video is less than 10:59 minutes)
*Click on More Settings, and click the 720p HD option
*Wait, then upload the video normally onto youtube, and wait for it to finish. After it finishes, it will probably take approximately an hour or so for it to allow you to choose the HD option for the video. Good luck!

I'm very sorry for the constant shaking of the screen, i guess i didn't know what i was doing,
and also, my performance wasn't that great on this attempt, i just felt like whipping out fraps and making a video since i haven't made on in awhile.

I'm not sure how much dps i was doing since it's been awhile, but i would imagine i was doing between 3k-3.5k, however, i am releasing a new video hopefully sometime next week that will demonstrate me in my new gear and my new spec in which i dish out about
4k-5k dps.

I believe that addon is outdated, but a similar one would be Shadowed Unit Frames, it's great and i use it.

i came in at 5th, did around 2.7-3k (before i got betrayer of humanity, then my dps jumped to around 3.5k-4k

I was using bottombar, shadowed unit frames, bartender, recount, omen, sexymap, icehud, and a few raiding addons.
