Hugh Price is the Woodrow Wilson School's John L. Weinberg/Goldman Sachs and Co. Visiting Professor of Public and International Affairs.

Price, who is also a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, was President and CEO of the National Urban League from 1994 to 2003, during which time he tripled the Leagues endowment; restructured its board of directors and staff; conceived and launched the Leagues Campaign for African-American Achievement; established the Leagues Institute for Opportunity and Equality; and established its new headquarters on Wall Street in New York City.

In late March he sat down with the School's Office of External Affairs to discuss American education policy, the challenges of running a large national non-profit, and teaching at the Woodrow Wilson School.
