The song's about how we're influenced by America isn't it?, about the constant streams of tribe that exude from "The leaders of the free world".
Funny thing about the free world is that it's not remotely free there,can't drink till you're 2000 years old and can't smoke anywhere(not that I do), the place is totally strangled by stupid laws. Go to Europe, it's still actually pretty free there.
