Thinking of picking up an '03 Tacoma this weekend. Was wondering how much performance gain you actually get from the TRD Supercharger. Is it a measly 50hp gain, or are we talking something that bumps that 190hp to a respectable 250 or more? Have you ever taken it on the track? If so, best 1/4?

I have never had it on a dyno... or at the track. I actually bought it from an older guy with the supercharger already installed. I had a 98 3.4 tacoma, and this truck had a LOT more power before the 35's. 35's w/ stock gears really sucked a lot of power and MPGs. But gears are coming soon, and deppending if I go 4.88s or 5.29s it should put me back to stock feel. 5.29s will be overkill for a DD but would add a lot more torque!
