Patient Privacy? Overruled!

A judge in Kansas orders often-targeted abortion provider Dr. George Tiller to turn over the medical records of approximately 2000 of his patients to a grand jury. Interestingly enough, the grand jury was convened by a citizens petition drive instigated by the anti-choice group Kansans for Life. They say they need to review the records in order to investigate whether Dr. Tiller broke Kansas law prohibiting post-viability abortions. But the Center for Reproductive Rights, lawyers for Tiller's patients, argue that the records contain quintessentially private information of patients—information that no patient would want handed over to the grand jury or put at risk of being leaked to the public.

More re Tiller's violence: late-term abortion business is accused of putting an unknown substance on a driveway of the facility, sickening 2 pro-life advocates. The center is Women's Health Care Services, run by Tiller. Jennifer McCoy & Brandi Lozier were praying outside the abortion business on November 2. McCoy was treated for four hours at a local ER suffering from vomiting, diarrhea & swelling of the face & eyes. Lozier suffered similar symptoms, but was not hospitalized.

your so wrong! who will take care of the families? it costs 5 grand to see tiller this is super late term abortions. they have big bellys going in and they come out skinny. over 70 15 year olds here have had late term abortions in kansas 15 year old pregnancy is rape. 19 year old woman underwent a third-trimester abortion at Tiller's on Jan.13,2005,and later died from complications.

without dr's like him there will be more death of women, and children along with more child abuse, teen pregnancy. When I think about prolife groups what is there agenda. Who will take care of these families? Majority are republicans and believe in doing it yourself, or will we go back to mass orphanages. Most people who want a child cant becuz of cost of an adoption. There are too many unwanted children in the world, and your saying lets make more? when will they mind their own business?
