Unfortunately, several of the CGI cats were mortally wounded in the making of this film and had to be humanely erased off the animator's hard drive.

Its nowhere near as awful as the car crash in along came a spider or any of the god awful cgi in bond film DieAnotherDay, both the work of Lee Tamahori. He champions cgi in films then ruins them with cartoonish laughable scence that take you straight out of the movie. In the future even todays good cgi will be obvious just as backscreen projection & stopframe are today. Do things for real crashes & stunts & it will always look real, Skyfall for egample.
