Pacing Two Moose With Our Freight Train

Two 1 year old bull moose decided to run between the rails in front of our train as we headed down the tracks. They stayed with us for 3 miles. Track speed is 10 MPH in that area so there was no worry about running over them.
You only see one moose in the last clip because the other one picked up the pace and was soon out of sight. Sorry if you found the video a little shaky and out of focus at times, it was hard to keep the camera level swaying back and forth.

Can I ask why an area like this would have a 10 mph speed limit? Is it just for instances like this where wildlife is in danger or is there another factor?

this wat happen.
so we were like... chillin and gettin loose on the side of the tracks one day .....then we saw a train comin toward us.. .... so we like um.... got up n tried to get off the tracks.. but there were no side walks to walk on.... so we just stayed our drunk asses on the tracks.... and continue running as fast ass we can. i dont kno y the camera guy keeps filming my ass as we walk. i think he likes our rump. "oh shit i drop my weed bro.
