hey. having a bad bristle day.

Isn't it our right since we are forced to be U.S. citizens, that we have the right to "freedom of speach and religion"? or is that only for non native americans.
-
and we, the native people have been mistreated along with our lands due to the Federal government and u.s. military. So why would we want to continue with the Akaka bill? The Feds have the jurisdiction over the National Parks by the way, which are sacred grounds to the Hawaiian people. Maybe you are thinking apples and oranges but its the same thing. The root of the problem is the Feds.

but the next time a non hawaiian wants to sign up in OHA or for Kamehameha schools the question of protection will come up again. Am I wrong? If it does, and we loose, wouldn't it still jeopardize all of those nations cause it will set precedants? How does the protection work?

I'm not suggesting anything about "what will be required" by Hawaiian Kingdom Law. I'm saying we would like the basic human rights to decide for ourselves as a "true sovereign nation".
-
No I'm not saying any of that but I am saying that it doesn't give us "true sovereignty" so if the framework is in the making, it is a waste of time for us who want to strive towards "true sovereignty" separated from OHA and the u.s.

Yes, that is what they told me but this administration seems bent on the war continuing which brings more young Hawaiians at risk whenever they are ready to start their draft. I don't think it is "if" I think (in terms of being a mother) it is "when".
Funny. This coming from a pig raper? repargip = pig raper backwards.
