To clear things up -
0:27 ~ Kouma used 22C which gives him Super Armor for a short duration. Any two or more hits that would normally combo don't count as a combo. This means every hit he takes is unprorated.

3:59 ~ Neco Arc's 63214C causes confusion so all the directional inputs are reversed. So Kouma needed to walk forward to block, and confusion wore off two frames before the beam hit so he walked right into it.
