Money is not enough, just look on Manchester City. A club who has endless amount of money, sure they'have adebayor, Tevez and Robinho but they have a hard time getting the best players despite their money. It's because who what's to play for a club that doesn't play in the Champions League? Even if the MLS clubs get more money the players still got ambitions and the MLS is not able to meet the best players needs, you don't got a Champions League or high enough level to have worldclass players.

So let it take decades...but it will happen eventually. If MLS is prepared to give more money to a player than the EPL or La Liga or any other European league, why wouldn't that player come?

Why is it the best basket+baseball+hockey+"footba­ll" league is in NA? Because you invented all these sports, nothing unusual in that, and we couldn't care less. In the rest of the world we only care about football, and we're ALOT better than you and WAY in front of you. And yes the intrest for football in the states is rising but it is still not close to the level of popularity as the other sports...

These leagues are older, meaning they've had time to mature and develop. The MLS is only 10 years old? And food for thought...

If the largest most popular Basketball, Hockey, Baseball and Canadian/American Football Leagues are all in North America, what makes you think MLS won't takeover?

MLS suck so hard - yes but we almost beat Aston Villa: propably because it was friendly that didn't count shit. I can mention loads of tournaments in the world where the best MLS team/s wouldn't be considered top 3 favourites even in danger of getting relegated:

Premier League (ENG), Serie A (ITA), Primera Division (SPA), Ligue 1 (FRA), Bundesliga (GER), Superleague (POR), SAS Liga (DEN), Premier League (SCO), The Eredivsion (HOL), pretty much all european leagues.And i havent started with SOUA
