We met a homeless guy in the ocean of Santa Cruz.

@TheSwordmanx That's quite true. My understanding is that in India, some of the elders discard ALL of their material possessions to prepare for death and remove all attachements. More wisdom to that philosophy than many give credit for. Who wants to die on a $1000/day life support machine? And who wants to deprive their children of the resources. It is evil to take life, but it is just as evil to prolong it in order to make money.

this guy must have a home or some kind of encampment somewhere,. because right now,..1/30/11,... his rig is on some kind of funky wooden trailer made out of two by fours with 4 bmx rims and no tires the thing is classic, it's covered with some thrashed old tarps and big rocks are holding it in place. It's parked at the harbor near the main boat launch ramp, I'm supprised that the harbor patrol lets him keep it there,............

sad thing the U.S. culture hasn't develop spiritual awareness to the point to see it that way, they are still stuck in materialism. This kind of thing is view as a misfortune and the worst thing that could happen to a person's life.

u know why homeless like this one live so long to the point of white hair? cuz they are carefree and less stress than us. Take a trip to India or China and you'll see this very common.
