The title on the LP "Live at McCabe's" is "NUMBER FIVE" and the arrangement is credited to L- McNeely and M. Davich.

Sorry, the title in "Live at Mc Cabe's" is "NUMBER FIVE" and is credited to McNeely and Davich.

The piece is an arrangement Larry McNeely made of Beethoven's Fifth Symphony Ouverture. In "Live at Mc Cabe's" (with Jack Skinner e Geoff Levin) the piece is called "Beethoven's Fifth".

I LOVE this clip - Especially since I worked with James and Smokey Mountain Sunshine!!!

This dude is a fabulous teacher as well.

Now this is creative!! Only wish that the banjo had a little deeper tone, because it hurt the recording.

James McKinney is one of the best banjoist today but his non-music career has kept him out of the limelight. He is a true master of the banjo. This video was made many years ago.
