'Silent drowning' pool girl saved by underwater cameras

Dramatic footage of a young girl being saved from drowning in a swimming pool by high-tech underwater safety cameras.
The girl lost consciousness in the deep end of the Bangor Swimming Pool, North Wales,and dropped quickly to the floor of the pool, 12ft 6ins under the surface.
Within 10 seconds, one of four underwater safety cameras spotted the girl and alerted lifeguards via a pager message. A lifeguard dived into the water and pulled the girl to safety. She was given mouth-to-mouth resuscitation and made a full recovery in hospital.

I've silent drowned before its not as simple as them sinking. I was swimming(I'm a good swimmer) someone jumped in and I inhaled some water I tried to swim to the side to catch my breath my body wasn't listening I started to sinking I tried to swim but my legs barely moved and before I knew it I black out. So even if ur an amazing swimmer u can still drown things happen, you might have made a bad decision, or the unexpected happened. she probably knew how to swim just stuff happens.
