  • why don't you give your head a shake there is good dishes from all areas of Portugal.

  • It's a delicious meal!! I just don't like the idea of that fat in the beggining and I didn't knew about the cumin ingredient.. but this is definately one of the best dishes ever! Carne de Porco á Alentejana and Bacalhau com Natas makes me dream with my homeland.. =D

  • This is awesome,, and use the pork fat even though it's not the healthest it gives the dish a lot of flavor.... Def a favorite of mine!!! I added some heat with piri piri sauce..

  • My husband cooked this dish and it taste awesome, simple to cook it and it tasted divine!

  • where is his resturant? Does anyone know? I know he had a restaurant on rogers and keele( plaza)... there is a portuguese restaurant currently in place which is amazing too!!! however, just wondering if he has reopened somewhere else..love to go out with the family and enjoy great family portuguese dishes like this!

  • David is an amazing chef, and a great guy. I've had the honour of eating with his large family in Portugal, and it was nothing less than a feast!
