TF2 Sentry WIP3 sound output

Upgraded to PIC18F series in order to use petit FatFS and read sound files from a FAT formated microSD card. I used an amplifier just to make sure it worked. Next I'll add the amplifier circuit to get some nice sound from the sentry's speaker.

Being able to read FAT formated microSD cards makes it much easier to transfer files between the computer & the device. Look at http://elm-chan.org/fsw/ff/00index_p.html for more info.

I used a Microchip PIC18F series microcontroller running with the internal oscillator, sampling at 8Khz sound with 32Khz PWM output.
