WOMEN IN ISLAM~POEM

FACT ~ 1400 years ago the Prophet Muhammad PBUH recited the following laws:
. Women have the right to turn down a marriage proposal

. Women have the 1st right to a divorce

.Woman have the right to own property

. Women have the right to own & run a business

. Women have the right to vote on community matters

. Women have the right to an education & a career

. Women have a right own property

. Women have a right to express themselves politically & creatively

These freedoms were only given to women by man 100 years ago...

There are many schools of thought on the subject of music in Islam and the way it is used.

This is also a nasheed.

This does not state MUSLIM women does it? No, maybe it could possibly be the naked, prostitues or undignified women with no religon who slag off their own family, deprive their children of a good life, are ungrateful to their husbands and use their looks to get to the places they want.

Doesn't sound like a Muslim woman to me.

:)@butterfly2729 habibty. Get some more info on this sister:) If not all of them agree on it being haram, at least most of them do refering to very strong references. Try to google and check out. Or better, ask your local scholars insha Allah (with references). And by the way, music is music. A "nasheed" containing music does not make it halal. If it contains musical "instruments," then it's music habibty:) Insha Allah get more info on it. There's always time to learn for all of us insha Allah<3
