@MajBlood You idiot, his real name was actually "Gaboto". Alternate Italian renditions were "Caboto" or "Chabotte". But nowhere is it ever "Cabatto".
Though yeah if you wanna be really anal about it, his real name is Giovanni Gaboto. That's the actual name.
So stop tryna correct someone when you yourself have it mistaken!

@simontimon2 Before the French and Giovanni Cabatto AKA. John Cabot, it was St. Brendan and 17 other Irish Monks who founded Newfoundland around 560. It was the Viking raids of Ireland that informed them of lands to the west.
