Kathryn Howell, vocals and Roberto Mighty, guitar & vocals sing the 1955 standard "Spring Can Really Hang You Up The Most" while walking through the house and getting ready to go out. Director/Camera: Both of us. Editor: Roberto.

All recording is live, completely acoustic, no overdubs or lip-syncing, filmed over five days with three costume changes each, and edited over a one month period.

All HD camerawork and audio was done by Roberto & Kathryn, using Sony HXR-NX5u, Canon VIXIA, Sony HX-1 and Pentax Optio W80 HD cameras, with a separate double-system sound setup using a Samson Zoom H4. Lowell open-faced and fresnel lights with various diffusors, gels and natural light through household windows was also used.

The production was edited entirely on Final Cut Pro. The downloadable music version will soon be available on iTunes, Amazon, Customflix and PayLoadz. More info and current CD on www.robertoandkathryn.com

  • This is simply a remarkably rich interpretation of this classic. Completely felt and unique! Both of you!

  • Clever storyline captured by your beautiful voice, Kathryn, and your wow-wee guitar-playing, Roberto, and your loving interaction; mini-movie, powerful performance. I almost started believing that spring IS a drag.

  • As always I love it when I watch the two of you perform, nice... many hugs for the two of you. - Bill

  • Dearest Roberto & Kathryn,

I now know that October is starting off with a powerful Performance by two of my favorite multi-era, multi-cultural, multi talented performers that are in place today! You are so very invested in both the beauty of the past with the confidence & poetic prowess of what is yet to come. It is always so very special and so very warm to hear what the next journey, through your home, through your hearts and visions you both foresee! Thanks for the memories, Neal Braverman
