Does he know that the owner of the unit is legally able to come and pay his debt up to 5 minutes before the start of the auction? whats he gonna do when they come and pay their bill up and find grandma's jewelery box missing? What are you going to do when the police knock on your door asking why you are selling stolen items on ebay?

The 'this end up' couch section is actually pretty desirable depending on the buyer

my best friend is an auctioneer and handles a local storage facilities auctions and he told me he searches all units the day before auction and then re-locks them to appear never picked. I have sold some of the pre-auction finds on ebay for him. If happening here, it may be there and everywhere. Most of the YouTube vids look like pure shit lockers. Nothing like Barry, Dave and Jarrod find on TV ??
