@guitarbandit7498 BOOYAHHHHH!

its masse that causes the ball to curve off path. english doesnt make a ball curve. like he said in the video, if you hit with left english with a unlevel cue (high cue angle) it causes it to curve, or "masse". im not trying to argue with you. just trying to show the difference. so dont get offended or something. lol
-
so how do i curve the ball bob barker?
-
@Slipknotsico666 not it isn't. Masse is when you get a lot of spin on a ball causing the ball to move around corners.

The reason why the cue ball has a line, it is a training ball. and the pool table is for intermediate players. So I've been told.

what is pool english? yes,,my english very pooooooooooooool......

@ringo692 No dumbshit, a masse is not a FULL HALF CIRCLE, for one a full half circle is an oxymoron. You can have a full circle or a half circle...Pick one....and number 2, masse shot is when you alter the straight path of the cue ball and purposely swerve it from the ball blocking you in order to hit your object ball. His second shot with raising the back end, is considered masse since the balls path swerved before hitting a rail. Know what you're talking about before you comment...

@Slipknotsico666 a masse is a full half circle douche bag haha
How can you say english doesn't affect the path of the object ball? It indeed does. It's called throw, and if not compensated for you can miss a shot when using it. Level cue or not, it can also affect the path of the cue ball before contact. If you go more than a full tip off center to say the left, the cue ball, even if slight, will deflect to the right and imperceptably curve back to the left. Not nessesarily noticable to the naked eye, but if not compensated for can cause a missed shot.
