Andrew Giller demonstrates a 'jazzy' adaptation of this most famous Gershwin song, on a 1900 period, ebonised-case Steinway 6' grand in his piano showroom. Please visit www.gillerpianos.co.uk and www.oldgranarystudio.co.uk for more information on all my piano related activities. Thank you for looking!

  • Snazzy, but not too keen on the arrangement to be honest

  • This is mostly put together from a Gershwin radio broadcast in the 30s and all passages exist in printed versions. Some pretty complex harmony along with three parts going at once in the opening improvisatory passages. Does take a bit of getting used to!
