Yep, you can find a kit from the Spirit Halloween store. It wasn't specific to the Gentlemen, it was some other kind of demon, but looked close enough. Or you could make an inverse mold... but that takes a lot of time. :D

They used professional mimes for the actors who played the gentlemen, which explains how they could act so creepy even when being hulled around bu crain wires.
