The video explains it all, so there's not much to write here. Obviously I had the idea for this trick shortly after creating the original, but was never sure if it was possible to do with any degree of consistency. I've been able to do it for years, but never filmed it till now.
I will post a link here to my friend's short film once it's up.

@YOYOER100 I know what you mean. Days of doing the same trick over and over, knowing that in time your gonna land it and it'll be like second nature. Training you body. It's inspiring.

@TheYoYoGirl2 I've always used a fairly short string, yeah. When I first started yo-yoing I really liked doing fast tricks, so a shorter string helped with that.

Right before the film ran out you said..."I finally got it!" Awesome. Only time will limit what can be done with a yo-yo. Great idea! Thanks for sharing!
