  • California will be the first state to have High speed rail trains. California will once again be the shining state of the US.

  • Los Angeles rocks dude! Eventhough it is is polluted it still is awesome. $700,000 for a 3 bedroom ain't that extreme. It is the same in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Boston, Seattle, and Washington DC. Also, Los Angeles is not densely populated, it is actually sparsely populated compared to New York and Chicago.

  • nice project

  • Did you get an A on the project? California is Awesome. You should check out the rest of the coast.

  • $700,000 USD isn't too bad considering LA is a large global city.

I live in Sydney and property here is ridiculous. Housing is headed towards the million mark.

  • lattractions com

  • Next time, try going where the Locals go . Youll avoid Large crowds. Lived in Los Angeles my whole Life. In and Out Is always packed. Try Tommys/ Bigger Better, Also, try not getting on the freeways during the rush hour or after people leave work. You wont get stuck in traffic this way. Visit in Spring for clear skies. Good Luck!

  • No one likes crowded places dude, that's california. Get used to it. You should see San Francisco

  • you should have visited watts, crenshaw, boyle heights, southcentral, east la, you missed out dude.

  • @NorthShorePerson I live in texas.. we live in a 5 bedroom house.. i pay 300 a month for this house... we payed 20,000 originally for this house.. now tell me if 700,000 is "not to extreme"....
