before and after lapband operation it has finally happened and lets start and the way to a better life. lost 19 kilo's and roughly 41 pounds on 2 lots of 3 weeks of shake diet and 3 weeks of healthy eating between the shakes. so i was surprised about that weight loss. now alot more to go.

hey michael, CONGRATULATIONS you are brave and making a great decision... hope u get plenty rest... my friend got lapband, he was weighing 190kg and 6 months later after surgery he is now weighin in at 120kg (i think it was around 6 months maybe 8 months) regardless his changed so much, we didnt even know it was him... I wish u all the best, if u wanna chat, im up for that. I'm not that far from geelong, where did u get ur surgery done?

thanks for that. i hope i have the same weight loss as your friend. that would be great. but everyone person is different. i am from Corio suburb of Geelong. where are you? and i got Dr Nottle to do the operation he is from Williamstown and Hoppers Crossing. but got the operation itself done at The Avenue hospital. not far from Chapel street. it was a good hospital. nice staff. well hope to hear from you soon. have you got before and after pics of your firend. does he have a youtube account?

hi its michael here = i am home . was home the next morning. will do a video update very soon. i just have to get around to it. but it will be a happy one. and yes the pain hurts when coughing and turning in the bed. last night for the first night in bed. i had about 1 hours sleep. not good. ok enough now . cause i wont have anything to say on my next vid. thanks michael
