  • they only problem is most of the time residual moisture gets stuck and can lead to infection

  • @loopba I've sent your comment to our Lung Line (R) nurses and their response was:

"If done correctly, most of the liquid from the nasal rinse, does run out the other nostril. We have, in fact, found that doing nasal washes as directed helps prevent sinus infection by clearing congestion in the sinuses. "

  • Great tips on making your own solution mix - do you have the recipe somewhere so I don't have to watch the video each time I make it? (I think it was 1/2 tsp iodized salt + pinch baking soda to 8 oz warm water)! Good tips on doing this with young children ... the littlest boy in the video looks to be about 18 mths? I've done this myself, but never tried it with my kids. I'm impressed at the success and may brave it the next time their allergies flare-up.

  • I've posted the link in the information section of this video and I've sent you a personal message with the link as well. Thanks for the question and the feedback!

  • Thank you for this video! I had something in my right nasal passage that was causing much pain and irritation. After watching the video I ran out to CVS and grabbed the bottle and rinse. It took a little getting used to at first but it worked! it worked! it worked! Thank you for relieving me of a world of pain.

  • 1. Shalom where can I buy the bottle and the kit please ?

    2. Should I do this before bed time or during the day ? When is the best time ??

  • I just started this yesterday. It was great--I felt so nice to be able to breathe freely (and smell) through both nostrils, which are usually fairly congested. I tried again today, however, but still seem totally congested in one nostril. I'll keep trying and see what happens ...

  • Nice video! A bit old but never mind x)

  • 6:30 did you talk to this child? He looked very willing! Not as willing as the child at 5:50!

  • If you are really congested is it acceptable to fill the bottle several times and do the rinse over and over to get cleared up?
