This public information film from the early 1970s teaches drivers to keep their distance by illustrating the all too common occurrence of milk spilling on the road.

Notice how the wig flies off the rear passenger dummy and falls out of the rear window. I'll bet the director thought that was just hilarious as it ruined his one take crash sequence.
