oh you do wow that is amazing yeah those trains was was awesome it's a shame they was not upgraded they would of been a success i think they was ahead of they time.

No. The first successful tilting design was developed by Talgo in Spain. However, the TurboTrain does use this same design, as does the Amtrak Cascades, which actually uses Talgo rolling stock, though operates them at way below their design speed. The AVE high speed rail network in Spain also uses them (Class S-102 / S-112), rated for 330km/h.
