@ntt688 No. The first successful tilting design was developed by Talgo in Spain. However, the TurboTrain does use this same design, as does the Amtrak Cascades, which actually uses Talgo rolling stock, though operates them at way below their design speed. The AVE high speed rail network in Spain also uses them (Class S-102 / S-112), rated for 330km/h.

@sideslide23 they have electromagnetic trains that exceed 200mph...

@LMB222 they could have by converting the CN Turbo train into electric like they did with the French TGV, the old TGV used to be powered by Jet turbine untill the oil chrises then they covert them into electric.
what a great design this could serve the future of high speed train, if they can make it go up to the speed of 150 MPH
