You can get it from the sun, from a pill or in your food, and it can save your life.

  • Thumbs up if you find it appalling that the American Academy of Dermatology could make a statement like that!!!!

  • @toolpushr I have severe psoriasis, and no amount of cortazone ever helped me, but being in the sun was always helpful. I use to put 45+ spf on my kids until my daughter got a terrible blistered, sunburn/chemical burn, on her shoulders, and now has freckles from it. I believe that you guys are right! and now we do not wear sunblock for any reason, if your worried about sunburn, we just put shirts on over the bathingsuit!

  • People need to get smart re the conspiracy to get you ill - You are a commodity right from birth - don't trust the government - EVER RE YOUR HEALTH - eat a clean diet and God - try and stay away if you can from DRUGS AND DOCTORS THAT PRESCRIBE THEM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Why - because the government is linked to business of disease.

  • I take 35mcg of virtamin D3 in softgels every morning. I think the 35mcg is the same as 3500 IU, but i'm not sure. Do i take the right form og vitamin D? And is 35mcg = 3500 IU?

    Thanks.

  • @wjestick

I also want to add that Vitamin C is important and take it in an ascorbate form such as calcium ascorbate or sodium ascorbate. Ascorbic Acid is the most popular form of Vitamin right now because it is cheap for companies to make... but it's not as good for the body and not a natural form of Vitamin C.

  • @nerdyharry instead the symptoms are low-functioning autism spectrum disorders or incessant unresolving anxiety with clouded thinking.

  • it is never necessary to ingest fluoride. vitamin d levels are kept low to limit dopamine metabolism in people not invested with high-education, promoting complacency. fluoride ingestion fortifies this effect by mitigating the historically most obvious signs of D deficiency, softened bones and teeth.

  • "Who do you want to believe? God or the gov't?"

    Your choice!

  • FANTASTIC! FINALLY something promoting the amazing health virtues of Vit D. Congrats gentlemen!

We must also recognize we cannot simply rely solely on taking Vit D for all these amazing benefits ... it's also necessary to ingest the right 'Balance' of 'Essential' nutrients, elements, and antioxidants - just as the brilliant Dr. Wentz has been providing for over 20 ys.

    I'm happy to respond - dsm@shaw.ca.

  • To get best results you should research,

    Vitamin D3

Vitamin K2 - Which regulates which tissues receive calcium

Vitamin A - Which works with Vitamin D

Magnesium - Which must be present to make bone with calcium. Often lacking in the modern diet.

Phosphatase - Alkalises the body and spares calcium.

I don't like tablets but vitamin D3 is the exception.

Raw organic milk is good too, it's demonized like vitamin D3 was a few years ago.
