The Fellsman with 48151 - 2nd June 2010

The first Fellsman railtour of 2010 sees LMS Class 8F 48151 bringing the coaching stock into Lancaster station to collect the first passengers and the train's departure on time at 08.08.

The route; Lancaster - Preston - Hellifield - Settle - Carlisle and return covers some 270 miles - what a trip!

The second location sees the train approaching Ribblehead station and crossing the viaduct - again running to time at 11.19.

@robmasterman - Thanks very much, Bob. I'm now able to edit out the really bad bits so that helps. My grandson came with me and chose the location. I was heading for Horton in Ribblesdale but he wanted to explore the moors. We had a lovely few hours up there - grand! - Frank.
