Rooted in a unique style of theatrical clowning, AGA-BOOM combines the unbridled silliness of slapstick, physical comedy, goofy mime, theatrical expressionism, poetry, and European avant-garde.

Los Angeles Times toughest critic Don Shirley said, [Aga-Boom] is literally riotous - as in so funny the audience did more than just laugh, they laughed more than any theatrical experience within memory. Without language, the combination of theatrical clowning and audience participation creates an hour and twenty minutes of pure fun appropriate for all ages. Although completely unique it has been described as The Blue Man Group meets Slavas Snowshow.

The company consists of four players. The two lead players Dimitri and Iryna worked as the featured clowns in Cirque du Soleils O and Alegria for 7 years. AGA-BOOM was nominated for the Ovation Award, in the category of best touring show, along with The Producers, 42nd Street, Lily Tomlin and Elaine Stritch.
