Swedish lutenist Jonas Nordberg performs the Prélude and Allemande from the Suite in a minor for theorbo by Robert de Visée.
de Visée was a prominent composer and luteplayer working at the court of Louis XIV in France. His solo repertoire for theorbo and baroque guitar has survived as some of the greatest pieces for the instruments.
Jonas Nordberg has established himself as one of the most interesting Swedish lutenists and guitarists. A versatile musician performing a wide range of styles and repertoire he is in high demand both as a soloist and chamber musician and continuo player. Mr. Nordberg has won prizes in numerous competitions and performed in important concert halls around Europe.

It is very disapointed to see this page for comments used for uneducated people to show very clear that their poor education is not enough to rescue them from the animal stage. Robert de Visee probably did not dream that his fantastic piece will be interpreted as Jonas Nordberg did. This is an exceptional interpretation animals!
